You must hold a Utah pharmacist license, have graduated from a US pharmacy school or equivalent, and have passed NAPLEX. The role requires flexibility to work at multiple store locations and travel as needed.

• Must have Pharmacist license in Utah with no restrictions.
• NAPLEX must be passed.
• US School of Pharmacy graduate or foreign equivalency accepted.
• Ability to work at multiple locations and travel independently.
