Meijer is seeking a Relief Pharmacist for a full-time, on-site position in Mooresville, IN. The role emphasizes patient care, medication safety, staff mentorship, and adherence to Meijer policies and laws.

Immunization services and clinical duties are included where allowed. The position requires a Doctorate or PharmD, active licensure in the practicing state, and a clinical mindset to advance Meijer Pharmacy.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana)

Responsabilidades

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results and help grow the pharmacy business.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform to their highest level.
• Be knowledgeable of Meijer policies, procedures and state/federal laws.
• Communicate effectively and act as an agent of change.
• Prioritize workload with excellent organization and customer service.
• In the absence of the PIC, oversee pharmacy operations.
• Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations.
