Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Indiana is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to oversee patient-focused care, fill prescriptions with accuracy, and drive immunization services within a community-focused pharmacy. You will ensure compliance, mentor staff, and maintain strong patient relationships.

You will lead clinical services, educate technicians, and uphold Meijer Policies and state/federal regulations while advancing patient outcomes and service quality.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Pharmacy degree and licensure in the practicing state.
• Must be registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Experience with immunization and retail/community pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor technicians and expand pharmacy services.
• In absence of pharmacist in charge, manage pharmacy operations.
• Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations (where allowed).

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy
