Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy as required.
• Licensed pharmacist in Indiana.
• Experience with retail/community pharmacy settings and immunization programs.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform to their highest level.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state and federal laws.
• Communicate effectively and be an agent of change.
• Oversee clinical services including immunizations (where allowed).
• In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, manage pharmacy operations.
