Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Lead team by modeling and coaching to maintain high standards in patient service.
• Structure and organize workflow for efficient prescription filling and patient counseling.
• Develop and follow up on LTC business with nursing homes, group homes and assisted living residences.
• Dispense medications and provide clinical pharmacy services.
• Identify Long Term Care and Specialty opportunities and communicate with marketers.
