The position offers a starting hourly rate of $26.90/hr with a $0.45/hr shift differential for the 3rd shift and a $0.35/hr differential for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to fill out required documentation.
• Machine operator training completed on all equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Capable of obtaining Lassonde forklift certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to operate filler, labeler, case packer and line driver.

Responsibilities

• Cover lines to run filler, labeler, case packer and line driver when needed.
• Complete quality checks and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Start/stop machinery and operate controls (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).
• Enter changes into coding systems and keep work area clean.
• Assist maintenance with size changes and document first-piece inspections.
• Coordinate with operators to ensure correct packaging materials are available.
