The position offers full-time employment with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts and health insurance through Local Union 152. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have completed machine operator training on all equipment.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented; ability to multi‑task.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler, labeler, case packer, and line driver when needed.
• Complete quality checks.
• Understand and operate safety switches, interlocks and devices.
• Start and stop machinery correctly.
• Operate mechanical, electrical and pneumatic controls.
• Perform product cuts and use Marsh coder/Videojet for changes.
• Keep workspace clean; manage waste stack and cart.
• Clear jams and reset machinery; operate forklift safely.
• Assist maintenance with size changeovers.
• Fill documentation and perform first‑piece inspections.
• Coordinate with operators to ensure correct packaging.
