Mohawk Industries is seeking a Relief Operator in the Dalton, GA area. You will support production by giving breaks, performing various tasks, and keeping the work area clean.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift 35 pounds frequently, and PIP/ forklift operation as needed. We value attendance and teamwork, with responsibilities that include assisting coworkers, following safety rules, and maintaining an orderly environment in a manufacturing setting.

• Keep Latex Pit area clean.
