Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred and SC RN licensure required.
• For RNs hired with an Associate or Diploma, BSN must be pursued within two years.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver age/developmentally appropriate care and promote patient/family centered care.
• Participate in shared governance and maintain adherence to standards of care and professional development.
• Ensure patient privacy, safety, and a healing environment; promote clinical excellence.
