Self-Storage Relief Manager Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, moving supplies, and garnering positive reviews.
• Guide and assist new customers throughout the rental process to ensure smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential reservations to confirm moving dates and secure storage units.
• Manage past due tenants and handle paperwork related to liens and auctions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure security, cleanliness, and maintenance, including checking locks, cleaning units, restocking supplies, and light maintenance tasks.
• Communicate results, updates, and recommendations clearly to the District Manager and Leadership Team.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Ability to move around the entire 1-acre property, including indoors and outdoors, for tours and inventory management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations for scheduled shifts.
• Flexibility with scheduling to support work-life balance, with office hours on weekends.
