Responsibilities

• Perform customer sales and service
• Ensure merchandising and compliance with all company policies
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone
• Set up promotional signage
• Enforce all company policies
• Learn and provide product descriptions
• Propose add-on sales
• Retrieve merchandise from storage
• Organize, restock, and clean merchandise on the sales floor
• Manage store opening and closing procedures
• Train newly hired associates
• Supervise sales and cashier associates
• Control inventory and enforce loss prevention policies

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Basic organizational and math skills
• Subject to E-Verify upon employment
• Ability to lift light to moderate loads, with or without accommodation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule

California Pay Scale: $18.30 - $21.05/hour, depending on store location.
