Our team members form the foundation for future growth, with managers providing leadership and direction to the entire store team. As an Assistant Manager, you will gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to higher management positions, under the guidance of experienced personnel. Responsibilities:

• Perform customer sales and service
• Merchandise and ensure compliance with all company policies
• Answer customer inquiries via telephone
• Set up promotional signage
• Enforce all company policies
• Learn and provide product descriptions
• Propose add-on sales
• Check and retrieve merchandise from storage areas
• Organize, restock, and clean merchandise on the sales floor
• Follow store opening and closing procedures
• Train newly hired associates
• Direct sales and cashier associates throughout the store
• Control inventory and enforce loss prevention policies

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, or relevant experience
• Must have basic organizational and math skills
• Will be subject to E-Verify upon accepting an offer
• Light to moderate lifting may be required, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Effective interactive and communication skills
• Flexible scheduling

California Pay Scale: $18.30 - $21.05/hour depending on store location
