Job summary

Miller’s Textile Services in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Relief Delivery Service Driver (Service Support Representative) to cover special deliveries and installations, as well as routine service routes when drivers are absent. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, with hands-on training and growth opportunities in a family-owned business.

You will load and deliver products, collect soiled items, upsell services, and complete daily paperwork while maintaining excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Must be insurable under our company motor vehicle plan.
• Experience in delivery and service skills preferred.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day.
• Must be able to push/pull heavy carts of product throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Load the company truck with products and drive to locations and/or customers.
• Collect soiled product and deliver clean product.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Complete daily paperwork as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Route customers depend on you, so excellent attendance is a must.
