Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living to include personal care, meals and ambulation.
• Ensure a safe living environment, providing interventions and assistance to maintain safety.
• Support clients in integrating into their communities by utilizing community resources and fostering relationships.
• Assist clients with medical and physical needs.
• Help clients participate in activities, attend medical appointments, and maintain meaningful family and community connections

Eliot is seeking a Relief Counselor to work with adults with Brain Injuries. Our Brain Injury residential programs provide high-quality, innovative programming that help adults with brain injuries enhance their lives, develop skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with medical and physical needs
• Help clients participate in activities, attend medical appointments, and maintain meaningful family and community connections

Qualifications:

• Ability to drive residence van
• Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and maintain a personally owned vehicle
