Qualifications

• Ability to safely set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and production functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Accurate completion of production documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying assignments, overtime, and weekend shifts.
• Commitment to food safety, GMP compliance, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coverage for vacation, leave, or absence across production areas.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Support production functions across cookie processing, packaging, and robotics.
• Perform production worker and cupping duties when needed.
• Meet cupping performance and quality standards.
• Complete required paperwork and production records accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
