Qualifications

• Must attend training and complete TABE test requirements.
• Able to provide village medical health services on routine and emergency basis.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand or sit for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line health care in village clinic setting under supervision.
• Attend training requirements to advance to higher CHA level.
• Maintain EMS certification for emergency assistance.
• Assist with evaluation and treatment of acute health problems.
• Provide assistance to PHN and WIC program as needed.
• Monitor patients on long-term medications and coordinate refills with MHC Pharmacy.
• Maintain daily medical logs and replenish clinic supplies.
