VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative for relief shifts. The CSR is the face of the practice, delivering friendly, professional service while guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, scheduling, outbound follow-ups, explaining fees, and recommending products and services, including prescriptions. Prior veterinary or strong customer service experience is required.
Client Service Representative - RELIEF We are searching for an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team! We are searching for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets, on a relief basis. We are a busy 6 doctor practice providing general practice care, as well as full service grooming and boarding as well! Experience in the veterinary field or a strong customer service background is required.
PAY RATE DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE: $21-$28/HOUR
