Job summary
Fox TV Stations is seeking an experienced Relief Technician on a temporary, per diem basis to support live control room and master control operations. You will operate production automation systems and control room equipment to deliver error-free live newscasts, sports events, and daily local productions.

Qualifications
- 3–4 years of operational experience in a broadcast environment.
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on broadcast experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Telecommunications or related field preferred.
- Available to work on a temporary, per diem basis including weekends/holidays.
- Proficient with Sony ELC, Evertz Mediator, and standard live control room hardware.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Operate Sony ELC production automation systems and Evertz Mediator for live control room/ master control.
- Execute daily live newscasts and sports productions with news directors and producers.
- Manage on-air playout and traffic integration with Sales, Traffic, and Hub teams.
- Monitor on-air signals and equipment status to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned by leadership.
