First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Relief Banking Consultant to join the Maui Team. Travel to multiple Hawaii branches is required, with mileage reimbursement at IRS rate and a floating schedule to cover branches.

The role offers a pay range of $23.00–$27.00 per hour plus a $3.00 per hour relief premium and sales incentives. The position requires strong customer service and knowledge of digital banking options.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma with 2 years sales/service experience.
• 2 years cash handling experience.
• 2 years customer service, referrals and sales.
• State of Hawaii Driver's License required.
• Retail/branch banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and basic finance concepts.
• Able to engage customers with a welcoming presence.
• Strong verbal and written communication; digitally savvy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-branch customer service and proactively engage customers.
• Demonstrate digital banking options and fulfill day-to-day transactions.
• Advise customers on financial products and services.
