Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Relief Banking Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team in Makawao, HI. This full-time, temporary-to-hire role requires reporting to work on time and traveling between Maui branches as needed.

You will process banking transactions, assist customers, identify needs for cross-selling products, and help clients navigate digital banking tools while maintaining accurate records. Mileage is reimbursed at IRS rates.

• 2 years of cash-handling experience.
• 2 years of customer service, referral, and sales experience.
• Familiarity with digital banking tools desired.

• Travel between Maui branch locations to provide coverage; mileage reimbursed per IRS rate.

Pay:

$23 to $27/hour + $3.00/hr Relief Premium & sales incentives

Experience

• 2 years of cash-handling experience.
• 2 years of customer service, referral, and sales experience.

Education:

Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience; or high school diploma with 2 years of experience in a sales and service environment.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, plus rotational Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary)

• Travel between Maui branch locations to provide coverage as needed; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate ($0.725/mile).
• Handle confidential customer and bank information with discretion.

Position Requirements

• Valid State of Hawaii driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing and able to travel to multiple branch locations.
• Comfortable and confident using digital banking technology.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Upbeat, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
