Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Relief Sales Manager to cover Lee’s Summit, Independence, and Lenexa, KS. This full‑time role begins with a starting hourly rate and offers evolution to a higher rate after six months, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will drive growth by selling our beverage brands, coordinating with accounts, and maintaining shelves and displays. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required, with occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service in retail or sales with targets/up-selling.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Need a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and share within accounts.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, and displays.
• Develop and implement shelf re-allocations to maximise product sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections and place point-of-sale materials per standards.
• Stock and merchandise brands in the beverage section, including racks and displays.
• Assist in changing vendors in chain stores and ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports on promotions and space allocations.
• Keep back stock adequate for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Relief Sales Manager for Lee's Summit, Independence, and Lenexa, KS

Hiring Immediately

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 6:30 am until work is finished
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekends may be required
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Position Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of sale material, beverage section revamps, and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize the sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of point of sale material according to company merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise KeurigDr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.
• Maintain adequate amounts of back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $23.07 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.32 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
