Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for aRelic Cutterto join our Relic Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, staging, cutting, and delivering memorabilia pieces used in our high-end relic cards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. You will work closely with team members and department leadership to meet production targets and due dates while maintaining the quality, accuracy, and security of the memorabilia entrusted to our team.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare, stage, and cut memorabilia according to established production requirements, specifications, and timelines.
  • Operate appropriate cutting equipment and tools to produce accurate, high-quality relic pieces.
  • Meet assigned cutting targets and production due dates in coordination with the Assessment team and Relic Operations leadership.
  • Inspect work throughout the cutting process to help ensure the quality and fidelity of processed materials.
  • Accurately log time and production activity in Airtable and other designated systems.
  • Follow established workflows for the handling and movement of relic materials throughout the production process.
  • Learn and use new processes, systems, and technologies as they are implemented to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Follow all security procedures and handling requirements to ensure relic materials remain secure and properly accounted for.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support production schedules and on-time delivery.
  • Identify production or quality issues and promptly elevate them to department leadership.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area and follow applicable operating and safety procedures.
What You Bring
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, fabrication, or similar hands-on environment preferred.
  • Experience working with fabrics or other specialty materials preferred.
  • Experience operating Cutting Numerical Control (CNC) machines, die cutters, press cutters, or similar equipment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, established processes, and production specifications.
  • Ability to manage assigned work effectively and meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn and use additional software and systems, including Airtable.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Commitment to following security, safety, and material-handling procedures.
  • Interest in sports, culture, entertainment, and collectibles is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Dallas/Sunnyvale, Texas area.
