Family Best Care is seeking a reliable in-home caregiver for an ongoing assignment in Everett, WA 98201. The role requires working a fixed schedule of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Thursday, totaling 32 hours weekly. The client is located in Everett and reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential.

Ideal candidates drive and can commute to the home; one dog in the home and smoking occurs. Training and onboarding will be provided, with ongoing support from the office team.

Qualifications

• Active Washington HCA/CNA/NAC credential required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• TB test or screening completed.
• Food Worker Card valid.
• Government-issued photo ID required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Support bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and support daily routines.
• Light housekeeping related to care.
• Provide companionship and client engagement.
• Support appointments, errands or community activities.
• Follow care plan and document care notes; communicate updates to office.
