Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Truck Driver to join the Hartford, CT team. The role involves delivering products to customers and Rexel locations in a delivery van or box truck without a CDL.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspection, loading/unloading, ensuring correct materials, and completing all delivery documentation. Employees will follow DOT and local regulations, maintain vehicle condition, and may assist in order preparation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment and MVRO checks required.
• Medical certificate verification as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• No recent at-fault accidents or suspended license in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, branch/warehouse, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck.
• Inspect vehicle and complete daily inspection report.
• Follow DOT and state driving laws and regulations.
• Load/unload material and verify order accuracy and condition.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed at delivery (receipts, packing lists, manifests).
• May assist in preparing orders and may train entry-level drivers.
