Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Truck Driver I to deliver products to customers and Rexel branch/warehouse locations in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required). You will ensure deliveries meet customer requirements and that materials are correct and undamaged.

Responsibilities include inspecting the vehicle, adhering to DOT/local laws, loading/unloading, completing delivery paperwork, and supporting branch duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must attend company driver training if no prior experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain up-to-date medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• No suspended license for traffic incidents in past 3 years.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle for defects and complete daily inspection report.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and arrange servicing as needed.
• Follow DOT, local and state driving laws and regulations.
• Load/unload goods and verify quantity/type before departure.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery.
• Complete delivery documentation, including signed delivery receipts and packing lists.
• Pickup material returns and verify condition and quantities.
• Pickup material from suppliers.
• May assist with counter sales, order filling, stocking, staging, and shipping as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
