Job summary

SG Construction Company in Danville, CA is seeking a Construction Delivery Driver to load, transport, and deliver lumber and materials to jobsites across the San Francisco East Bay.

You will operate company trucks, inspect materials, coordinate with the crew, and help keep projects on schedule. The role is full-time, pay $23-$26 per hour, with overtime paid per California law and company-provided vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for company vehicles operated.
• Clean driving record and safety compliance per California law.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Ability to drive company vehicles safely.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening as required by California law.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to transport and deliver lumber and construction materials to jobsites.
• Inspect lumber and materials for quality and reject warped or defective items.
• Deliver, unload and stage materials at jobsites to support crews.
• Coordinate delivery details with the team and follow instructions.
• Communicate delays or material issues promptly to the team.
