Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Local Delivery Driver to operate company vehicles within a limited geographic area. You will load/unload materials, secure loads, and maintain accurate delivery records while ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.

Responsibilities include transporting supplies to sites, keeping equipment clean, and understanding yard layout. 1–2 years of delivery/tool experience and a valid license with clean MVR are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; Class A/B preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience with construction/industrial tools.
• 1-2 years' delivery driver experience with pickup/trailer combinations.
• Some repair experience with mechanical equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Safety-focused; steel-toed shoes required.
• Heavy lifting and 8-10 hours standing per day.
• Bilingual may be required based on location needs.

• Transporting supplies to and from job sites or vendor sites.
• Maintaining a clean work environment, including routine maintenance and cleaning of trucks and equipment.
• Understanding the organization, purpose of the different types of materials, and yard layout.
• Loading and securing equipment and materials on company trucks/trailers for transport to customer project sites.
• Transporting equipment and supplies to and from local area project sites or vendor locations using navigation tools.
• Performing basic truck and trailer maintenance.
• Unloading, receiving and taking inventory of scheduled deliveries and returns.
• Restacking pallets to keep materials accessible for movement.
• Ensuring safety precautions are always followed.
