Child Development Schools is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and activities. You will also support classrooms by collaborating with the Lead Teacher and helping young learners through everyday moments that foster curiosity, kindness, and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine care for children and safety of well-being.
• Strong communication and family relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for Before and After School programs.
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through daily communication.
• Assist with attendance and daily reporting.
• Maintain a safe bus environment.
