Job summary

InterMetro Industries is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Wilkes-Barre Manufacturing & Distribution facilities. The role leads reliability programs, drives TPM initiatives, and relentlessly pursues equipment performance improvements.

The Manager directs maintenance operations, budgets, and personnel to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement across production and utility systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience (union environment is a plus).
• Associate degree in technical field preferred but not required with relevant maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs maintenance operations to improve reliability and OEE performance.
• Oversees facility utility systems (power, climate control, water, lighting) for optimum efficiency.
• Manages annual budgets for capital and maintenance expenses and tracks costs vs. budget.
