Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
- 3+ years of maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment history and reliability data in CMMS.
- Analyze failure trends and recommend improvements.
- Perform condition-based monitoring: vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Assist with capital projects and commissioning activities.
