Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Planner to organize and optimize maintenance work across our Faribault facility.

You will manage CMMS work orders, develop detailed plans with parts, tools and safety considerations, and coordinate with technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance. The role emphasizes PM program development, reducing unplanned downtime, and collaborating with operations, engineering, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and work order management.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and inventory control skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
• Review incoming requests and prioritize work aligned with operations.
• Develop detailed job plans with scope, materials, tools, and safety.
• Coordinate assignments with technicians and track progress.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and updates.
• Develop and improve PM program; optimize tasks and frequency.
• Balance production priorities with maintenance needs in weekly schedules.
• Manage spare parts inventory and reorder points; cycle counts.
• Coordinate vendor quotations, sourcing, and external services.
