Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Planner to coordinate maintenance activities across our plant.

You will manage work orders in the CMMS, define preventive maintenance programs, and ensure timely parts, tools, and documentation are available to support safe, efficient operations. The role focuses on moving from reactive maintenance to a proactive, reliability-driven operation by improving planning processes, PM effectiveness, and downtime reduction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and managing work orders, PM programs, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage full lifecycle of maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
• Review maintenance requests and prioritize to align with operational needs.
• Develop detailed job plans with scope, sequencing, labor estimates, materials, tools, and safety considerations.
• Ensure parts, tools, and documentation are available before execution.
• Coordinate work assignments and follow up on progress to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and maintain documentation in the CMMS.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the PM program.
• Identify opportunities to reduce recurring failures and increase planned maintenance.
• Balance production priorities with maintenance requirements in weekly schedules.
