Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Reliability Technician to perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on plant equipment at our Portland Cement Plant in Colorado. You will inspect, repair, and reassemble mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and support safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus mechanical maintenance training or a trade certificate. Expect a team-oriented environment with rotating shifts and a focus on health and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade certificate, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical maintenance training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication for all plant equipment and related facilities.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections to ensure safe, continuous operations.
• Inspect, repair, and reassemble equipment using mechanical tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to preventative maintenance plans.
• Operate safely and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
