Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a Cement Technician to operate and maintain the cement plant, with emphasis on safety and reliability. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs to a range of plant equipment and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Ideal candidates have a high mechanical aptitude, at least 1 year in heavy manufacturing, and the ability to work outdoors, on various shifts, and in confined spaces while following strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cement plant equipment and perform inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment during operation and breakdowns.
• Document work, plan tasks, and participate in team activities.
• Work outdoors, at heights, in dusty environments and confined spaces.
• Other duties as assigned.
