Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lubricate bearings and gearboxes; maintain relubrication cycles.
• Inspect equipment and identify causes of malfunctions.
• Manage onsite lubricant inventory and dispensing operations.
• Maintain automated lubrication systems for consistent relubrication.
• Perform ultrasound, thermography and vibration checks to detect issues.
• Enter maintenance tasks on work orders and document discrepancies.
• Perform 5S activities in lubricant storage and work areas.
