Reliability Technician role at Broadway Cannabis Market & Mint Cannabis Co. is dedicated to sustaining cultivation and production environments through preventive maintenance, sanitation, and rigorous compliance documentation to keep operations safe, functional, and audit-ready.

You will inspect facilities, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate with contractors, and ensure downtime is minimized while adhering to GMP and SOPs. This is an on-site role in a fast-paced cannabis production setting.

Formación

• Experience in GMP or regulated production environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systems
• Execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues
• Maintain and repair production equipment, tools, and appliances
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors as needed
• Identify and report safety, maintenance, or operational risks promptly
• Support production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environments
• Maintain tools, equipment inventory, and accurate service documentation
