Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Reliability Technician to maintain our cultivation and production environments, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring GMP compliance to keep operations audit-ready.

You will inspect facilities, coordinate contractors, and uphold sanitation standards while adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements; must be able to lift 50 lbs and be comfortable around plant materials and strong odors.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP or regulated production environments preferred.

• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently.

We’re looking for a Reliability Technician ready to roll up their sleeves (pun absolutely intended) and be the backbone of facility performance. From preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs to sanitation standards and compliance documentation, you ensure our cultivation and production environment remains safe, functional, and audit-ready. Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs

• Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Maintain cleaning logs, maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation
• Ensure proper waste disposal and organized, hazard-free workspaces
• Adhere to all company PPE, hygiene, and safety standards

Operational Support

• Support production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environments
• Maintain tools, equipment inventory, and accurate service documentation

Qualifications
