Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Reliability Technician to uphold facility performance in cultivation and production environments. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure GMP-compliant sanitation and audit-ready documentation.

Key responsibilities include maintenance of plumbing/HVAC, equipment repairs, and coordinating with contractors, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace for production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP or regulated production environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Close attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in cultivation and production areas with plant material and strong odors.
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and self‑motivated.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systems
• Execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues
• Maintain and repair production equipment, tools, and appliances
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors as needed
• Identify and report safety, maintenance, or operational risks promptly
