USG is seeking a motivated professional to support its Reliability team in preventive and predictive maintenance. The role emphasizes data analysis, FMEA, and coordination with maintenance planners to ensure asset health and safe operations.
The candidate will participate in LEAN activities, manage maintenance schedules, and utilize EAM for work orders and part tracking. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Seeking a highly engaged, motivated individual that embraces change and challenge. This position will assist the reliability team by focusing on preventative and predictive maintenance and measurements such as equipment lubrication, vibration measurement, and temperature measurement. They will report to the Reliability Supervisor and will be responsible for analyzing and trending data collected to predict equipment maintenance needs throughout the plant and perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). This position will execute assigned work while following all applicable safety standards and best practices. Safety and housekeeping are the first considerations in all activities. The successful candidate must consistently demonstrate an understanding of all plant & departmental safety rules, standards, and programs. This position will also assist with condition-based monitoring (CBM) routes for vibration, lubrication and oil sampling for analysis based on equipment criticality.
Hourly Pay: $45.75
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
