Job summary

Entegra, LLP is seeking an ILI Reliability Technician Trainee to assist the Senior Reliability Technician in maintenance, repair, and improvements to ILI tools. You will track tool reliability, investigate failures to root cause, and implement corrective and preventative actions to boost tool quality and reliability.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills across mechanical and electronic disciplines, with reporting to the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge to explain electronic circuit functionality and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety first in all tasks and processes.
• Build, maintain and repair ILI tools including electronic and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot ILI tool systems identifying misses and root causes.
• Implement corrective actions and, when possible, preventative actions.
• Track fixed ILI tool asset locations, maintenance, and usability.
• Track improvements across the fleet with Senior Technician assistance.
• Support the quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Operational Excellence and team goal achievement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
