Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in a technical engineering field.
Interest in maintenance, reliability, manufacturing or industrial operations.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data trend analysis.

Responsibilities

Support reliability and maintenance teams in identifying equipment failures, tracking downtime and root cause analysis activities.
Analyze maintenance data, work order history and equipment performance trends to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
Participate in preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance while learning best practices and safety procedures.
Assist with continuous improvement projects including spare parts optimization and maintenance planning.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and operations teams to support inspections, documentation updates and process improvements.
