Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years in systems engineering with V&V and reliability on a program.
• B.S. in Systems/Mechanical/Aerospace or related field.
• Experience with rugged product design and military systems preferred.
• Strong requirements management and test & evaluation skills.
• FMEA/FMECA, predictive modeling, and fault-tree analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements capture, decomposition, traceability, and validation across teams.
• Review system block diagrams, ICDs, schematics for compliance and COOP.
• Ensure FMEA/FMECA is performed and drives improvements to closure.
• Plan predictive reliability analyses (MTTF/ MTBF) per standards.
• Develop and approve qualification plans; partner with Test Engineers on campaigns.
• Work with Quality and Manufacturing to ensure gates are documented for hand-off.
• Support Milestone Reviews with V&V evidence.
