Job summary

North American Stainless is looking for a Reliability Supervisor to provide leadership in reliability engineering for Mechanical and Electrical systems. The role will focus on applying best practices to enhance equipment performance through effective maintenance strategies, reporting to the Lead Engineers while collaborating closely with the Maintenance Planner-Schedulers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree along with experience in an industrial maintenance setting and strong communication skills, ensuring alignment with maintenance objectives and driving continuous reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Condition Monitoring technologies.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Planner-Schedulers and ensure effective maintenance strategies.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and optimize frequencies based on equipment history.
• Collaborate with Condition Monitoring team and oversee Root Cause Failure Analysis program.
• Monitor production equipment reliability data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure maintenance strategies support long-term reliability and minimize downtime.
