Qualifications

• High School or GED or related technical field required.
• Two years of education and training beyond high school level in industrial maintenance or reliability preferred.
• One year experience in maintenance operations including two years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign work to maintenance employees.
• Inspect work for completeness and quality.
• Coordinate installation, inspection, and repair of systems.

Skills

Ability to meet and deal tactfully with individuals

Ability to install, inspect, and maintain systems

Ability to perform clean-up and maintenance tasks

Blueprint and Schematic literacy

Understand CMMS functionality

Education
