Job summary

Buzzi Unicem USA is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our plant operations team in Oklahoma. This role focuses on executing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs, supporting operations, and ensuring reliable equipment performance.

You will lead inspection activities, analyze maintenance data, and promote continuous improvements in equipment and administrative procedures to sustain safe, efficient production in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical or Enginering; 10+ years' experience in a heavy manufacturing environment may be required
• Must be able to thoroughly inspect all aspects of equipment and execute follow-up measures
• Must collect data and analyze maintenance equipment while working with the plant maintenance planner and maintenance manager
• Must be able to promote ongoing improvements in equipment and administrative procedures

Responsibilities

• Collaborates and participates in operations and maintenance jobs, executing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activity programs.
• Provides technical support to maintenance and operations functions in continuous improvement activities.
• Executes and supports technologies for vibration, lubrication, thermography, RCM and all other activities required by plant or corporate programs.
• Fills in for Maintenance Supervisors as required.
