Job summary

Buzzi Unicem USA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer specializing in maintenance to develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans for plant equipment. The role supports the plant Maintenance Manager and requires hands-on inspection planning and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, experience in manufacturing, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred; heavy industry a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance plans for equipment.
• Suggest inspection, lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement activities.
• Promote ongoing improvement in equipment and administrative procedures.
• Analyze maintenance history and investigate repetitive failures to evaluate PM/OP effectiveness.
