Responsibilities

• Setting the direction for the U.S. Service Operations Team, aligning processes, and overseeing performance through the development and use of KPIs.


• Managing a team that responds to customer requests, determining the structure and resources needed to handle part orders, service quotations, scheduling, invoicing, and technical support.


• Leading customer relationship management efforts, communicating customer requirements internally, and providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or possess equivalent experience.


• Have 5+ years of management experience with a strong financial acumen to interpret data and understand its impact on performance.


• Demonstrate a sense of urgency with a bias for action and a desire to identify areas for improvement.
