Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; 5 years’ experience or 10 years of operations/maintenance experience.
• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years in maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance safety, reliability and cost control.
• Forecast and manage annual maintenance budgets.
• Develop asset strategies for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Coach and onboard maintenance personnel in planning and execution.
