Job summary

Amazon is launching a new site in Hogansville, GA, and seeks an RME Planner to develop maintenance plans and schedules using recurring preventive maintenance activities and KPIs. You will screen APM work orders, audit equipment, and estimate labor and parts for a proactive RCm program, coordinating with techs and vendors to maximize uptime.

You will ensure spare parts are stocked for planned and emergency repairs, working with management and service teams to schedule downtime and drive

Qualifications

• 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience
• Travel up to 15% of the time
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Screen work orders and analyze scope requirements to schedule maintenance activities based on resources and windows
• Audit equipment, order spare parts, and coordinate with vendors for repairs
• Plan reliability improvement projects using engineering drawings and specifications
• Drive proactive maintenance programs with high percent of planned work
• Move up to 49lbs, stand, climb ladders, and perform bending and lifting during long shifts
