Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an RME Planner to develop maintenance plans and schedules, screen APM work orders, and estimate labor hours and materials for proactive maintenance. You will collaborate with management, technicians, and vendors to plan downtime windows and ensure spare parts are stocked for planned and emergency repairs.

The role supports a reliability-centered maintenance program with a focus on maximizing system efficiency and performance across MHE and facility equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Screen work orders and analyze scope to schedule maintenance activities based on resources and windows.
• Audit equipment and order spare parts for facility and MHE, coordinating with vendors for repairs.
• Plan reliability improvement projects and gather drawings and specs to maximize system efficiency.
• Drive proactive maintenance programs aiming for 85% of work being planned and closed in the maintenance cycle.
• Move up to 49lbs, stand/walk up to 12 hours, climb ladders and bend/lift as required.
